Purchase and Use

 

Use of products provided by Nairobi’s Candle Co.  must be done according to the directions and specifications provided with the product. By purchasing Nairobi’s Candle Co. products, you affirm that you are of legal age to use and to own such merchandise. 

 

Additionally, by purchasing and using Nairobi’s Candle Co. products, you agree to absolve Nairobi’s Candle Co. from any liability for incidental or consequential damages, from any third-party claims for damages against their property, and from any liability whatsoever arising out of the application or use of any Nairobi’s Candle Co.  products. Furthermore, Nairobi’s Candle Co. is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to misuse of its products, be it directly or indirectly related with candle burning and with the intended use of Nairobi’s Candle Co. products.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Orders typically take (2-3) business days to ship. Please allow up to (7) days  for larger orders. Orders only accepted within the United States. Shipping will take an estimated (3-5) business days after the order has been sent out. Please note that once your order has been shipped,Nairobi’s Candle Co. has no control on how long it will take to arrive. Nairobi’s Candle Co. is not liable for any delays or delivery issues resulting after the order has been sent. If you are facing issues with your order, please contact us at nairobiscandle@gmail.com so that we may find a way to remedy any issues that may occur with the shipping. 

 

Return Policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you find your product to be damaged/defective, you may return it either for an exchange of an equivalent product or for a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within (fourteen) (14) days of the initial purchase date. Returned products must be unused in their original packaging. Please consider using a service that allows you to track your mail.

 

Upon receipt, please allow up to seven (7) days for us to process your refund/exchange. Once it has been processed you will be notified via email.
