Do

• Allow candle to burn to the edge of the vessels on the first lighting 
• Trim the wick at least ¼ before each new lighting
• Place on a fire-safe flat surface

Don’t

• Burn candle over 4 hours at a time for each use
• Keep candle within reach of children or pets 
• Extinguish with anything other than a candle snuffer

Orders typically take (2-3) business days to ship. Please allow up to (7) days for larger orders. Orders are only accepted within the United States. Shipping will take an estimated (3-5) business days after the order has been sent out. Please note that once your order has been shipped, Nairobi’s Candle Co. has no control over how long it will take to arrive. Nairobi’s Candle Co. is not liable for any delays or delivery issues resulting after the order has been sent. We want you to absolutely love your candle purchase! With that being said, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you find your product to be damaged/defective, you may return it either for an exchange of an equivalent product or for a full refund.

All returns must be postmarked within (fourteen) (14) days of the initial purchase date. Returned products must be unused in their original packaging. Please consider using a service that allows you to track your mail.

Upon receipt, please allow up to seven (7) days for us to process your refund/exchange.
