We want you to absolutely love your candle purchase! With that being said, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you find your product to be damaged/defective, you may return it either for an exchange of an equivalent product or for a full refund.
All returns must be postmarked within (fourteen) (14) days of the initial purchase date. Returned products must be unused in their original packaging. Please consider using a service that allows you to track your mail.
Upon receipt, please allow up to seven (7) days for us to process your refund/exchange. Once it has been processed you will be notified via email.
